      Yes Disney is the owner of the Dwarf names, they created the names. I believe they also created the variation on the poisoned apple but cannot be certain as in the original tale it is a poisoned comb.

        The version I have read (in a fairy tale compendium for my children) features both the comb and the apple.
        It is also interesting to read the fate of the queen in:

          I would like to see the style of costumes worn by Disney's Snow White and the Queen in a live action version. But perhaps only Disney would be allowed to revive those original robes and dresses in a movie.
