Depends on how much she bought into the eye.
He deserved what he got, from the prospective of the eye. However, it does seem that there would be some legalities to work through on each of the stunts. No evidence of them committing the crimes would be a difficult feat. -

He could then choose, if he wishes, to inform on Dylan, and the FBI would do a full investigation on their former agent and discover all about his background as an orphan who must have somehow became rich to have the money for his revenge, and who would have faked his ID to join the FBI. -

Even though the money was found in his car with no evidence that he stole it. After all Freeman's character been in a van with a group of people recording things all the time.
