Disregard my other thread about this movie

I'll probably still watch it, but I do find it interesting to read/hear what others who have watched movies have to say about their viewing experience.

No way would the President of the United States still be in the White House after all that time, with just a random employee negotiating his safe release.
Yeah, I thought of that too which you may see if you check out my thoughts on this movie.
Looked like they were in the press room.
She should have been behind the podium which may be bulletproof.
Who were the main characters even taking photos for, assuming they were planning on selling them/having them published? They can't even get a phone signal, but Getty Images (or some other company that buys photographers' photos) is still in business?
Or did the photographers not care about selling them, and the message to the audience is that some photographers risk their lives to take pictures because they're so passionate about photography and want to share reality with the world? Most people who watched the movie expected a depiction of a modern US Civil War; they weren't watching to find out how hard photographers work to get good photos.
Kristen was seen working on a lap top so I suppose we could assume that is where she uploaded and sent her photos from?
As for the film camera, how the F is she going to send in those images to sell?
Or maybe she is planning to make a coffee table photo book out of it all.
Rising their lives.
Great questions on that.
I was wondering if war reporters really do go on raids and is among the shooting like that where bullets can ricochet and hit them or shrapnel.
I dunno what kinds of risks they really take during battles or how close to the action they are.
Notice how Jessie transformed into being a hardened war photog?
She looks down at her now dead mentor who gave her life up to save her and doesn't seem to care and moves on.
