Nah, the fat ugly stupid ones and the ones with no class or style are hideous. Rachel Jeantel comes to mind immediately. The mexican chick is a similarly hideous personality and the actress played her spot on as a vile degenerate.

Living in the ghettos of philly taught me one thing about gangsta style latino and african american women. They shamelessly dial that beep up to 11. A lot of those women are loud and violent and not afraid to make sure you know it. And yes, they're annoying as hell.
Agreed, it's the worse, very annoying, she did a great job because she annoyed the hell out of me in this film LOL!

Just because they talk about you under the title annoying and unrealistic terrible acting does not really equate to a good thing. There is a saying that any publicity is good publicity, but but the same cant be said of criticism. If all anyone is talking about is how poorly you act, guess whatyou are poorly acting.

Actually the single most irritating female character was the young mother in whose apartment the two cops took shelter doing the gun battle. She was too dumb to realize that her shouting would only bring the killers to her door. The two cops were too dumb to explain that to her in either English or Spanish. The three of them could best be described as Dumb, Dumber, and Dumbest. All the three of them had to do was lie low and keep quite till backup arrived.

One could argue given that there are lots of people talking about how annoying she was means she did a great job at her role. Don't get me wrong, I hated her character too, but that's the point as someone else pointed out- as an audience, because she's an antagonist, we're supposed to.
More to the point, I'd also note that there's a difference between disliking a character, and disliking an actor or actress.
Sure, her attitude and posturing was over the top, but that doesn't mean the actress playing her did a bad job. Think about it. This is a character surrounded by some of the most hard core testosterone filled, drug addled male retards ever to grace the silver screen. Of course she's going to be acting hard core, bad ass and stupid too. She had to in order to fit in.
Not out of character in my books. -

Oh boy. I found one of her music videos on YouTube:
Also, in this interview she talks about her character in End of Watch:
I find it a bit disturbing how she rationalizes and seemingly justifies her character's behavior as if it were entirely a product of her environment and has nothing to do with any personal moral failings on the character's part:
"She's just a kid from the hood, y'know like grew up rough, and she had a tough life, circumstances just led her to gang-banging and drug dealing or whatever. She just got caught up in the life, trying to survive the streets. She did what she could just to survive."
Yeah, because everyone who grows up rough and has a tough life just becomes a drug-dealing murderer.
