        Harsh Times. If you liked End of Watch you HAVE to see Harsh Times. Same writer/director, Caucasian and Mexican leads, South Central LA setting.

          For some reason I can't edit that post. Just to clarify the writer/director for both is David Ayer, but of course the lead actors differ. Knowing IMDb the way I do I'm sure some pedant will give out saying I said it had the same Causasian and Mexican leads.
