There is absolutely no way, no chance that this will happen but if Donald Trump actually lost the 2024 Republican Presidential Nomination to someone else (like Ron DeSantis, Mike Pence, Ted Cruz, or someone else) then I do wonder how Trump and his Supporters would react to it.

Many of us would be fine with it, and even happy with it. I like Trump well enough, and I would love to see him win again as a big **** you to Democrats, but many of us realize it's time for him to step aside, at this point he's doing more damage than anything.

If you think that moron is going to win a single state, I’d be happy you bring him on!
Without strife, your victory has no meaning.
Without strife, you do not advance.
Without strife, there is only stagnation. -

He is obviously far sharper and quicker of wit than any Democrat hopeful. Not to mention he has handled every problem brilliantly. The hurricane this past year is a great example. The China virus pandemic.
If DeSantis wins the nomination in 2024, and I think that very likely at this point, he will win the White House.
He almost single-handedly turned Florida from purple to solid red.
You want Trump to lose? Then you will have a much tougher opponent in DeSantis.
Considering the complete lack of candidates from the Dem side, DeSantis would be a sure win for the GOP in 2024. It's only a matter of if he wants to run this time.
