I'm really tempted to give this a 5. First of all, the casting choices poor. Zoe Kravitz was completely miscast as Selina Kyle. Easily the worst Catwoman so far. How is it that she is a paid actress? Oh, her last name and her skin color. Of course. She is on a quest to find her friend Annika, no matter how many other innocent people die in the process. I didn't buy that at all. In fact, you could have taken her completely out of the film and it would only have benefited.
Jeffrey Wright as Gordon was blase. Colin Farrell as Penguin? Why bother? Get any fat actor. Same result. Save some money. Nothing memorable there, either. Pattinson was decent but still one of the worst performances in the Batman franchise. I'd say he was better than Clooney (though not as entertaining, even though Clooney's was unintentional) and on a par with Kilmer. He's not asked to do all that much, other than stare a lot while wearing the mask.
As someone pointed out to me after the film, the black characters were all good. The mayor-elect, Gordon and Selina. Gee, I'm shocked! Almost all the white characters were irredeemably horrendous.
I liked Riddler when he was a complete mystery. The reveal was something of a letdown.
The cinematography and production values are first-rate, no surprise. With the kind of money they commanded.
But the fight scenes were a letdown. I was expecting so much more.
The score was average, nothing memorable.
So, yes, I am giving this a 5. That's really all it deserves.
