Who are characters from other movies that could defeat Mad Dog one on one in hand to hand combat?
I'm looking at movie versions of characters only. I am disregarding the adaptions from print (books or comics are ignored in my decisions)
My List
-Jason Bourne
-Chen Zhen (Fist of Fury and Fist of Legend versions)
-Li Mu Bai
-Ip Man
-Captain America (strictly the Chris Evans movie version, without his shield)
I list Neo as a maybe since he would have to be in the Matrix.
Leaving out Beatrice Kiddo from Kill Bill because I can't trust her to get the job done without using her sword.

Yeah a completely regular human being would take down a super soldier with senses, strength and reflexes much higher than a normal person. Mad Dog would get owned by Cap.
Now Mad Dog vs Black Widow is a much better comparison. I put my money on Mad Dogbut barely. Hawkeye would get owned though. -

Sorry but not one in your list can beat Yayan Ruhian's Mad Dog. IMO none can, except maybe (the "upgraded") Rama from Raid 2.
