In the shining he ends up with an ax in his head courtesy of Jack

I read IT when it was first available in paperback in 1987 and it's hard not to compare the TV and film versions to the book.

Well this is an original concept. Cause it's a Prequel. O U T
But I think the two Big Screen Films were superior to the tv mini series.
