plain and simple if animal pet is attacking my wife, child, parents etc it's time for it to go. I do not care if I took it in, found it, someone gave it to me, don't give me now you committed stuff. I feel if it is trouble time to go bad kitty why would I keep it around and comparing a bad animal to a human is just silly.

If your animal is attacking you, obviously you are not a good person.
Humans have a choice in what happens to them.
      Animals DON'T.

This board attracts the dumbest people on all of imdb.
Pray tell how you came to this conclusion?

If your animal is attacking you, you need to find out why. You can't expect to solve the problem by getting a new animal because the owner usually is the problem.
If there should turn out to be an organic neurological issue, that's still something you need to find out. At the very least, you'd want to make sure that was something in the animal's genetics and not an environmental issue that could affect you and the other humans in the household.

There was an episode where that cats were moody and on attack mode because the owners little brat was roughing the poor animal up, not intentionally but that cat was clearly being abused.

I saw a season 3 ep where the adult male owner was rough housing the cat, his wife told him to stop and he wouldn't listen. He seemed genuinely dumbfounded that the cat wasn't into it and was constantly on edge ready to attack him or whoever. The cat was in a constant state of anticipation of attack. While he eventually wised up to the treatment you could see was being a brat. Bratiness knows no age.
