Oh Good Grief!
You are definitely entitled to your own feelings and opinions about it but I really hope that you aren't the type of person who would have believed it if that selfish, narcissistic, lying, sore loser (and EPIC disgrace to this country) Donald Trump had been the one to announce it and not shown the body then you would be saying something completely different.
People like that (people who would only believe something if Trump was the one that said it and not anyone else) have got the I.Q. of a coconut and that is all that I will say about that since I know that I am now going way off topic with this reply. -

Why do you ALWAYS bring up Trump?! This has nothing to do with him.
And yeah he's a liar too. I get that. I never voted for him.
But now I'll go off on a tangent…
The US helped to create al Qaeda. Bin Laden was our Frankenstein's monster that we armed and trained when he was a young volunteer for the Mujahideen in Pakistan during the Soviet-Afghan war. We trained him to be a terrorist against the Soviets in the 80s. Two decades later he used that training and knowledge against us.
A member of the wealthy Bin Laden family, Osama bin Laden was born in Saudi Arabia.[13] His father was Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden, a Saudi millionaire from Hadhramaut, Yemen, and the founder of the construction company, Saudi Binladin Group.[14] His mother, Alia Ghanem, was from a secular middle-class family in Latakia, Syria.[15] He studied at university in the country until 1979, when
he joined Mujahideen forces in Pakistan fighting against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan. He helped to fund the Mujahideen by funneling arms, money, and fighters from the Arab world into Afghanistan
, and gained popularity among many Arabs.[16] In 1988, he formed al-Qaeda.[17] …
Bin Laden met and built relations with Hamid Gul, who was a three-star general in the Pakistani army and head of the ISI agency. Although
the United States provided the money and weapons
, the training of militant groups was entirely done by the Pakistani Armed Forces and the ISI.[104]
According to some CIA officers, beginning in early 1980, bin Laden acted as a liaison between the Saudi General Intelligence Presidency (GIP) and Afghan warlords;
no evidence of contact between the CIA and Bin Laden exists in the CIA archives. Steve Coll states that although bin Laden may not have been a formal, salaried GIP agent, "it seems clear that bin Laden did have a substantial relationship with Saudi intelligence."[105]
Bin Laden's first trainer was U.S. Special Forces commando Ali Mohamed.[106]

Think of all the money and weapons we're sending to Ukraine today (some it going to far right militias in that country). Could we be creating another monster? It's very possible. -

This is something the media overlooked too easily after 9/11 in accusing Bin Laden behind the attacks, which is also questionable.
Even if it was an inside job by Bush and Cheney, (Hey, what is 3K Americans to them when oil is more important and notice the attack happened with the least numbers of workers in there? Wouldn't OBL wanted to have killed more?) they still could have mentioned Bin Laden being USA funded and CIA trained to stir up more anger.
"How dare he use that against us!"

@ cryptoflovecraft
brings up a good point.
Think about this:
If you were the most wanted man by America, which has one of the strongest military's along with the best law enforcement of the world would you hide out in the biggest house that sticks out like a sore thumb with a yard big enough for military choppers to land in and with lax security that makes it too easy to penetrate?
The govt. released not one but two pics claiming both were the dead bodies of Bin Laden that then proved to be fakes.
He was buried at sea right away.
News sources, including Fox, had reported on the death of Bin Laden years before the home invasion of him.
You should question authority and not swallow the BS the govt. feeds you no matter who is president.
Each president lies and fools us to get his votes no matter who it is.
