The IMDb score is accurate in this case, I think. Gave it 6/10. It's biggest flaw is trying too hard.

I sure give it one. Other people seem to go nuts for this film. Like it's some holy grail of horror. I hated this movie. Mostly because there's not a single likable character in it.
And it's been listed as a COMEDY horror film, like "An American Werewolf in London." That surprised the hell out of me. I didn't spot any jokes, and I certainly didn't feel like laughing.

You hated this movie because there's not a single lik
            e
able character in it? First off, why should that be a pre-requisite of any movie apart from romantic comedies?
            Secondly:
            Grace
            ! How much more lik
            e
able a character do you want? Ok, I know, you'll say she's not a principal character, and she is completely one-dimensional, which may all be true, but what you mean to say with your "not a single likeable character" complaint is that this didn't stick to the formula of innocent / non-evil girl terrorized by evil, murderous character, right? Tell me, how many of those innocents in horror films have rounded, multi-dimensional personalities? Hardly a single one. But this DOES have a far more complex, interesting protagonist, which is what I suspect doesn't sit comfortably with you. Have a think.

Reading these "worst movie ever" posts under every single movie on IMDb, i have to say that slowly but surely it's getting really boring and tiresome.

One of the worst movies ever made in history.
idk about that, it was at least somewhat entertaining, Annalynne McCord has always been a funny actress though, but she seemed younger in this compared to 90210, i didn't quite get that
that being said, i don't plan to watch again but definitely not one of the worst movies ever made in history, i've seen hundreds worse

One of the worst. I can agree. And I wish Traci Lords would stop taking parts in any movie people want her in just so she'll make money and keep working.

I've seen worse, though Excision was all over the place and a bit obvious

Tool. A family I know - one son was just like this girl. One night he murdered his brother and mother while his dad was out.
                            Stuff like this can happen. Sorry you're a stupid c u n t.

Not one of the worst films ever. Not great, but it's unique and interesting, yet the close up of faces are really annoying and repetitive

Here we go again. And "Manos: The Hands of Fate" is much, much worse.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
