At least in my experience, girls like the roommate exist all over San Diego and Southern California. It's like a disease. I like how the director didn't make Jane Mary-Sue-ish at all, she was still annoying and stupid like any 19 year old girl.

They exist outside of Southern California too. They have a certain apathetic indifference to everything, and selfishness along with a quick temper because they've been programmed to think they're supposed to be appreciated for every little thing.

I wonder did she get a chance to audition for this & got her REVENGE when she did not get the part that went to a HEMINGWAY(STAR 80/relation???)instead???!!!! LOL!!!
SPOILERS
That RAP??? music that she was listening to in her car had me LOL!!! and ofcourse the TONGUE TART has been mention'd in some H.A.R.D.core poetic rap lyrics herself lately.
That stripper pole instalation scene made me think of PARIS HILTON's CLUB ROOM??? in the BLING RING!!! LOL!!!
The special feature/extra's about how the Melissa/actress did prep/research for her role "sadly" was interesting. She got to meet with some of the UN-simulated White PORNO GIRLS!!! in the BIZ that TWERK GIRL likes to emulate in her video's & on stage!!! But they never worked for Disney!!! SPONGEFINGER TIKE!!! lol!!!
"What's worse getting bang'd by JACK THE RIPPER??? or Getting finger'd by THE LIBERTINE/CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW (oops) CAPTAIN HOOK???!!! -

She was alright a bit two dimensional even for a So-cal girl .If she had been more fleshed out she would of been more real .
My mother would show up on time and know all her lines but who wants to pay to see my mother? -

Why do people think she was a teenager? The movie synopsis even says she's 21, what is it with people saying the significance of the last scene was because she is an 18 year old and the old lady's daughter died that age. That's not the point!
The point is that, the old lady knew Jane was using her money, and she thought Jane must be feeling guilty that is why she's doing so much for herso, she let Jane in. In the last scene, you see that the old lady somehow tells Jane "
I trust you, here's the story of my life. Here's something I've been keeping from you.
