I just finished episode 5 - the Paul Giamatti episode. It had barely any plot at all, but he was as great as ever.
6/10 at a push.
This season has been **** to be honest. I'm probably going to need to rewatch the Star Trek episode again to remember the plot for the sequel finale. But honestly I really can't be arsed.

I googled it and it seems to be a form of blackjack. Do you play with the whole 52 card deck? Seems. Some people remove the tens making it a 48 card deck.

I liked it but don’t want to talk about that one really. It was a love story…one with a twist but a love story all the same. Just WAIT until you get onto episode 4, then we shall talk.

By far my favorite! I got a real Spielberg in his prime vibe from it…like it would have been a better twilight zone the movie installment than the kick the can one…which I actually really enjoyed. Scatman Crothers was the GOAT!

Charlie Brooker says he was influenced by watching Brief Encounter, I love that film!
I think the most important thing I didn't get out of the episode was why being in older films for modern day actor/actress would be beneficial to them?
Yeah, that's a good point, I didn't really understand that either.

I'm going to do do a proper review of the season, but I also quite like this one.
It was ridiculously awful and made no sense, but I think that was deliberate. The AI world they were stuck in was cool - and this is an obvious area for the show given where we are now.
The AI morality aspect of White Christmas is particularly clever now: when I ask AI to write me code at work I always pause pondering whether to say please or not!
