Trying to find the name of the track at the end - just before the credits as blue is trailing the killer. please help, my m8 shazam dosent know either

If you're talking about the instrumental that's playing while Blue is stalking the killer, I think that's part of an original musical score. Not sure who worked on the score for the episode. These are some of the people that scored this season: Max Richter, Martin Phipps, Bear McCreary, Geoff Barrow, Ben Salisbury, and Clint Mansell.
