Obviously everyone will like Taliana and Packie because of the new crew member but what about the others? Who makes you laugh or love to complete?
My personal favourite is the crazy Ursula and the drunk couple -

Ursula is one. I make sure to pick her up as Trevor, as I believe she is his soulmate.
Both pedal-bike thefts are amusing. One pays, and while the other doesn't, it's still fun to ram the thief right off it with your car.

The good news is if you don't like most of those people, you can use Trevor to take them to the Altruists.
