I've only played the HD universe, thus far, but I expect to play
San Andreas
at some point in the future. Tommy Vercetti seems petty cool, from what little bit of
Vice City
I played, but I don't know much about this character.

Does the "and" mean antagonists? Well, so far I've only tangled with Steve Haines, Devin Weston, Stretch and Wei Cheng from GTA 5 and Dimitri Rascalov and Jimmy Pegorino from GTA 4. So far, Haines and Dimitri top my list.

Well, the complete sentence would be "Rank the GTA series protagonists and give reasons why if you want to." The creator of this thread split it across the subject heading and the OP body.
