Well, that seems to be a given. I don't expect any new titles from Take Two Interactive for a while, given the new pattern established thus far amid a number of problems:

I don't think it'll be worth fretting over, since there's a chance that
Grand Theft Auto Online
will be expanded via DLC to include other maps, free of charge by virtue of revenue generated from the sales of
Shark Cards
. It's just sad that there doesn't seem anything will happen with
Max Payne 3
"enhanced edition" multiplayer (let alone a
Max Payne 4
) or
Red Dead Redemption
"enhanced edition" multiplayer (let alone a
Red Dead Redemption 2
).

Oh, I'm not bothered, it was just a passing observation.
So long as GTAO keeps delivering what the gamers want, there's not really any need to "start over"

There should be the option to play contact missions given by Johnny Klebitz except his is probably doped out of his mind before the events of
Grand Theft Auto V
; maybe Terry or Clay, though.
