What city should the next GTA game be set in?

If not back to Vice City then i'd really love to see a full fledged North Yankton - Lundendorff map but it has to be set in the winter time like the prologue

about language : the French connection implied plenty of international people. The main part of the plot and dialogue could be in English. of course the "environmental" language wouldn't be English. mostly French, with a bit of Arabic, Italian,
I agree that although some Marseille "sensless gun crime" humour would be fun (the city actually has a violent history, nothing compared to American cities of course since guns have always been banned in France) it wouldn't work as good as some good ol' American violent humor. -

Seeing how this game is set in Los Santos and Blaine Countytwo out of the 4 sections of San AndreasI'd like to see the next one set in San Fierro and Las Venturasand it won't even surprise me if the paid DLC for GTAV has one or both of those as full on maps. that you can travel between in this game.
I believe one of the creators even said that the DLC they have planned may not even be feasible on last gen consolesso if it's that massive it may be PS4/Xbone exclusive.

Boston, Philadelphia, or Washington DC. Nice mix of modern and colonial structures in Philly and Boston, and I love the DC architecture. DC is also built on a swamp, so you could have swamp lands in surrounding areas to explore.
Please, no southern US cities again (Vegas, anywhere in Florida, New Orleans, etc). We just had that in GTA 5. I want to see a change of seasons rendered instead of just one season: HOT. The midwest winter scenes in GTA 5 were awesome. That's what I want to explore some more. The east coast has hurricanes in the late summer. That'd be fun to drive around in. -

I'd love to see one modeled on Chicago. I know Watch_Dogs is set in Chicago, and there are some places that are true to the city, but the surrounding suburbs being in mountainous terrain rather than a plains area really distracts for those who know what Chicago is really like.
Plus no Wrigleyville/Brownstones in WD's Chicago mapping, they missed out on a lot
I don't know if you're aware of this but I've already changed things. I killed Ben Linus.

I'd love that, being a Canadian, and there are plenty of interesting neighbourhoods to recreate (Jane & Finch, Regent Park, The Beaches, Kensington Market), but I don't think they'll commit to a major release not based on an American city.
