100% on missions

I been trying to go back and redo some mission on an old file to get the 100% and was wondering if I did a replay on a mission would I have to do all of the objectives or can I do the ones I missed?

All of them in one mission, of course.
Otherwise, you haven't achieved 100%.
You could simply have tried this out for yourself and found out.

What's really annoying is when they expect you to drive the trash truck and the tow truck to the lot WITHOUT denting them. They expect you to drive there fairly fast without hitting ANY cars. What a crock. Get through Los Santos traffic unscathed? Please. Typical "Rockstar Logic."

I always hated the missions where you had a time limit or you couldn't damage the vehicle and seems like there is like 50 cars on the road that you have to dodge.
