This is a nightmare for a guy like me. I didn't like it in the original Star Trek or on the A Team when the same actor would play different characters or different parts.
This is 10 times worse than that. Downey Jr. Played Iron Man , a major character in all those films.
You can't have him play Dr. Doom.
The only poster who had his account banned 4 times without ever breaking any rules each of those times. -

This is why comics have a limited time.
It's very much like trying to be good at sex or cooking
You can get it down, be the absolute best, be talked about with people wanting to try it out with you, know all the techniques and use for ingredients (Or limitation thereof) and glibly mention things you like or don't like about the entire affair but ultimately it's all a distraction from death.
Once that is realised everything prior to it sees to be silly.
Stop making Batman or the Joker Jesus because neither are and it's your quest to make purpose of the universe which is the real deal. Just sit back and enjoy the ride. Every day is a winding road
