Maybe I missed it but I don't understand, the blonde that got out and ran to the beach, I thought she jumped and hid in the boat. Then they never show her again. What happened? Also why did the other girl slit her throat with the pottery shard?

They dont show her getting caught but its implied. They showed the kids putting her skin that had her tattoos on their bodies.

The blonde girl that ran to the boat got caught and eaten up by the cannibals and then later fed to the group. The girl that slashed her throat killed herself because basically shes a vegan and ate her lover (They were lesbian lovers).
