Ditto, I was going to delete it from my DVR but I saw this thread. At first I thought it was the scene where here teeth were filed to points and she woke up from nightmare.

As others have said, the end credits "phone call" seems to exist solely to set up a sequel, which is apparently still in the works, though Roth won't be directing it.

You mean, the tribe impregnated her when they took here to the hut the first time and painted her all up before putting her back in the cage?

That's what I was expecting to happen. Like a nod to the original "Night of the Living Dead". I'm wondering if maybe it was scripted that way but someone thought it was too obvious.
I also hated that bit at the end. That prick needed a slow and painful death not to be put in charge.
