    They made so many bad decisions, none more stupid than burning down the house and walking into a forest during a rain storm at night with a new born baby. Good grief

        I thought that was because the fire was less likely to spread to the surrounding trees.

          No chance of the fire spreading to the trees in that rain; their decision to burn the house, outside of the black mold (harmful to baby), was also to lead any subsequent visitors to think that nobody lives there any more, which lessened their odds of being discovered.
          Likely they would build a log cabin extension of their little "tea house" in the woods.

            I just love how Ellen Page's character suddenly grew the strong back and legs of a Viking or that trash lady in The Labyrinth, because she was hauling all of their sh!t including those book. LMAO. Female empowerment = fantasy = lies for girls about physics. Yay!

              I just wondered why a house that appeared well built would just dissolve in the rain because it was without power for a year. It was ridiculous!
