Oooh, you've got some good ones in there! Christopher Walken, Morgan Freeman (who from now on, I always picture as "the face of God" and I can't shake that since he was perfect in the role!), James Spader (Blacklist has been good, but I stopped when she turned and joined forces with her mother and when they did that animated episode…it went downhill from there, and I made a big time investment). Colin Farrell is fantastic, and a true artist at his craft. He can morph himself exceptionally well. RDJ, well, d'uh! That goes without saying!

This show has gotten even
dumber
this year, and now she and some of the other characters just irritate me. She's a smart aleck know it all, and her quirkiness has grown old and tired.
I've already deleted several episodes without even watching, and may soon cancel it.

Yeah, Michael Emerson is another favourite of mine and it always seems very fitting that they are a couple - two of Hollywood's more interesting actors.

I just read an article on Google which said the same thing I have been saying. The season finale is next next week

, and many viewers say that after the initial novelty of the show, it has faded. They are thinking of dumping it before season two.
It has become dumb, predictable and cringeworthy. There is no suspense or mystery since we know from the beginning who did it.
I will probably dump it also.

I think they heard the criticisms we
(and prolly others)
have been making. For once they did NOT show us who committed the murder at the very beginning. We were free to speculate, along with Elsbeth. And for once, she was not so smug and assured. She seemed like a real human being.
And after I while I guessed the murderer, which was fun. Hopefully they will keep this new format next season.
