Into the Darkness by far.
I hated Beyond. Filmed too dark, dull generic action scenes, boring, too little character interaction, needed more focus on main characters - not boring bad guy and woman with crappy taste in music, generic plot, unoriginal storylines, whiny Kirk. This is now my least favorite Trek film. -

That's just your opinion, I personally think Beyond is better than Into Darkness, although I do agree that the first movie is still superior, I think the first one is still the best.
All of this is just our opinions.
But if we're weighing the movies on what a real Star Trek movie is supposed to be about, STID nails it, with its subplot on ethics, war crimes and eugenics.
The other two movies?
