No casting for Silence? Not even a speculation thread about it (until now)?

I thought that's odd too. Incidentally, there was a story published online two months or so back in which the producers announced that they were looking for an Inuit woman to play Lady Silence. I haven't found anything since.

Strange too because apparently filming has begun in Bulgaria. I'm sure they have a Lady Silence but will announce her later.

Where did you come upon that info? I thought this show was being filmed in Budapest.

From what I can see, other characters are missing from the cast list as well, for example Magnus Manson. Bridgens too.

I wonder if that's because a) not all the information has been posted yet, b) they are going to continue casting as they film, or c) some characters such as those two will be omitted or collapsed with others. I hope they don't change too much of the story in the translation.
