Regardless, isn't Trump running a bad thing? Even if DeSantis gets the official nomination, the Republican vote will be pretty badly split with Trump write-ins come the offical election.

I hope Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis absolutely annihilate each other during the 2024 Republican Presidential Primaries. Now I don't think DeSantis has any chance at all of beating Trump for the Nomination but seeing the 2 of them annihilate each other is definitely going to be fun to watch.
