For all of those saying this is a Hangover ripoff, the plot is sort of similar. A wedding takes place, the groom later on needs to be rescued by his friends.. but that's about it.
The rest of the movie is a fun, stupid adventure that is trying to be as stupid and unrealistic as possible, for the purpose of comedy. If you truly watched this entire movie and "didn't laugh once" or thought the "plot was unbelievable" as some posters have said, you obviously are not the audience the movie was marketing towards.
If you like fun stupid comedy and you don't take life as seriously as possible at all times, especially while watching an indie comedy, you should enjoy this movie.
T.J. Miller and Thomas Middleditch, two of the main stars of the movie, star in HBO's Silicon Valley. The last episode of season 1 of Silicon Valley features a very long segment in which the characters discuss and try to break down the reasoning and mathematics behind which way would be the most efficient way to "pleasure" an auditorium full of men.
If the cast of the movie you're about to watch is constantly making stupid, ridiculous comedy on tv, in movies, on podcast's and in their stand up.. you're most likely going to see a stupid ridiculous funny movie.
Why would you expect anything else?

Great post blowdin210 - thnx for the explanation. I loved that "middle out" scene from Silicon Valley last year - sooooo great. And I love me some Alison Brie - definitely gonna check this out.

Well silicon valley is great at lowering the standards at HBO. It is not the comedy central and stood for quality.. stupidity does not equal quality no matter what. I highly doubt many people who watch HBO does so after smoking weed and getting high somehow and in your right mind the acting plays out as absurd a far cry from comedy and funny. I am shocked Reddick agreed to be in this. He cant do comedy no matter what but at least he could act serious and concerned.

A good comedy with alot of silly sh*t, dont get turned off by the low rating and keep in mind these kind of movies rarely get a just rating.

Or they get exactly the rating they deserve. 0.6 looks about right for this one.

Just watched it and it's my type of comedy. Not very serious, stupid but not over the top and most importantly it made me laugh out loud quite a few times throughout. Great cast too.

Right. That would be the adolescent, "legalize weed now!", stoner, loser audience. Definitely not me.
