I really liked it. Rather than just being a nice song though, it ties thematically into the film in a few ways. First, the obvious theme of being on the brink of death and thus "knockin' on Heaven's door", but also several lyrics can also be representative of the two girls, such as "take this badge off of me, I can't use it anymore" which relates to their name tags also called "badges" by missionaries. The song also was sung to the melody of "Fade into you" (another very nice song), which was something my gf actually noticed right away but I did not. This ties back to Mr Reed's points about music being iterations of other songs etc. I thought this was all really clever and displayed a lot more thoughtfulness than you might usually see in something like the end credits song. Other than that, the song itself is just very nice. Thatcher has a low sultry and haunting vocal style that goes perfectly with the dreamy style of "Fade into You" and the ethereal themes and ending of the film. I've added it to my playlists.
