You are wrong. Plain and simple.
This was never about nato. It’s about Putins desire to build back the former glory of the Soviet Union. They need/want the natural resources of the Ukraine, on top of them thinking the country shouldn’t exist in the first place. There is no settlement. There is no peace until Russia is defeated in the Ukraine. If they win, they will continue with other old Soviet countries.
Putin is a classic dictator with ambitions. And their list of allies is growing very thin, except for Tucker Carlson I guess.

be interesting to see if its Russia themselves who have sabotaged the Nordstream pipelines. To create a false flag and get a reason to use nukes or retaliate in the EU. Exciting times! its literally right next to me, maybe an hour as the crow flies.

Russia has more claim to Ukraine by invading, than the US ever did to invade the countries they have. Why is the US never the bad guy?

The US sure have had it’s fair share of ****ed up foreign politics. The war in Iraq for instance that was started on false premises and ****ed up the entire region.
Which is a completely different discussion.
And Russia don’t have claim to the Ukraine, it’s a sovereign country.

It is all a whataboutism, because it is bullshit media hype for a conflict that has been happening for ages.
Putin has done NOTHING the US hasn't done. This is inconsequential and irrelevant in the larger scheme of things and is being used as a distraction.
Ukraine used to be a part of Russia and he wants it back for its resources. It is a land feud and NOTHING more than petty politics between Russia and Ukraine. Go and get your tissues….

I live about an hours plane ride from Russia. It’s not inconsequential. And the people dying in this conflict did so for nothing more than a mad dictators ambition. On both sides. And yes, that is tragic. Which all conflicts are. Do I care more about this one than others? Naturally. It’s close to me.
But I wouldn’t go so far as “outraged”. that seem to be more your thing, coming in here all hot and bothered.
But do continue, cos its hella entertaining!
