Or are they gonna cram 5 different movies into one again?

This film is going to have to contain an awful lot just to get the movie going, we need to have an introduction for Aquaman, Flash and Cyborg possibly with origin stories and then they should actually try and give the characters some development so we actually care about them on top of that you need to fix Batman and Wonder Woman in and the return of Superman. Add an actual plot to the movie an introduction and development of the bad guy and apparently the return of Lex. On top of this you know that Snyder will want to fit any cool ideas and plot lines in that go no where as well.
So you have to answer this do you thing that a director who could not handle or do justice to two main characters is going to suddenly develop the ability to handle six? He has Affleck to help him this time but given that his latest movie is apparently dreadful I don't know how much that will help. Justice League because of all the elements it has to introduce to get the team established without anything else is going to be extremely challenging for any director but Snyder did a passable job with The Watchmen I guess so maybe he can redeem himself with Justice League.
To make a great film you need three things - the script, the script and the script -Alfred Hitchcock -

It's "Watchmen", without the "The". ^^'
And while he did indeed do a passable job with the movie it was also a direct adaptation of a very well written, very dense comic book, that already provided a singular vision for the structure, narrative, characters, locations etc. It's challenging to adapt, sure, but there's already all the neccessary groundwork in place.
In JL Snyder and the writers have decades worth of material to work with, have to build up their own versions of the characters, construct the narrative and make it flow, introduce new artifacts like the motherboxes and new places/cultures like Atlantis, redeem and resurrect recurring characters etc
Not an impossible task, but a hard one. Sadly the creative team hasn't given me much confidence they're up for it -

And what amazes me is that even some of the people that hated BVS now say justice league could represent a turnaround along with wonderwoman. While I can maybe understand wonder woman (as that has a different director and writer), what about justice league so far represents any form of comeback? It still has the same director and writer from BVS and the rumored clashes over the tone of justice league between snyder and warner bros isn't helping.

Exactly. Justice League has no shot at being good. In fact, Affleck shot it and knows how bad it turned out. That's a big reason he's looking at the door right now.
Wonder Woman is being directed by a rookie that was guided by Snyder and his "vision" for heaven's sake. -

Short answer: yes
However Johns did say this movie will focus less on snyders random shots i.e. The knightmare scene and more of a cohesive story. I'd believe it but as long as Snyder is involved no thank you.
