Why compare Marvel with DC when Marvel is for kids and DC for adults?

So? And? That doesnt mean its a separate universe like you want to pretend it is..
MCU still has mature/adult stuff, wheres your DCEU mature/adult stuff? -

Well the films completely ignore the TV shows, so they are actually separate, even if they are both called MCU.
For instance, Joss Whedon said Coulson is still dead in the movies, despite being alive in the TV shows. -

Tv series are results from the movies but its still in the same universe no matter what.. -
