I can't believe Marvel's B-Listers had better films than a freaking Batman vs. Superman.

You found that amazing why? Batman and Superman despite being A list character has had some awful movies in the past for example Superman III and IV or Batman and Robin. Also Snyder hardly has a great track record with films. While on the other hand while the quality is varied all MCU movies have been good enough to be well received.
What is unbelievable is that WB/DC would put a title of the magnitude of Batman V Superman into the hands of someone with the limited ability of Snyder and then go on to both greenlight a script as incompetent as the one they used and a edit as terrible as the cinema version (Which even the DC Zealots will now finally say is bad). It comes across like they had just expected the movie to sell itself on the strength of the characters alone and did not put any consideration in to the actual quality of the film itself.

That does not change the fact that their films were considered to be much better by the critics and audiences alike though does it?

Apparently not to you other people's opinions seem to matter much more than your own. I definitely don't think either film mentioned are worthy of more than one viewing.
BvS on the other hand is worth multiple views.
In fact, Ant Man is most definitely skippable altogether you'll only be missing another formulaic film.
