Lets say Jason puts his machete to Superman's throat and Superman says "Save Marthaaaaaaaaaaaa". Jason then realizes he had his own mommy, clinches his machete, and turns to go after Martha. Should Superman trust him?

Don't be silly Jason mother name is Pamela!
If however going by the evidence presented in this film it would indicate that Superman would indeed trust Jason to save her.

Jason and Superman could never be BFF's because their mommies don't have the same name.
