The way I see it, you're forcing a lot of folks to
smell the magic
. What's your call-out thread count up to these days? Are you keeping track?
Rambo has literally gone Rambo on you with CO threads - 4 - maybe more

The best part is, he's been on ignore since last night.. I embarrassed him in his Kent upbringing thread and he lost it and started following me to every thread I posted in crying about it so I muzzled him today has been his one way meltdown
I quit counting call out threads with Etrata, he's on his 51st sock now (not kidding) and every time he gets busted he makes a couple odum threads then there's the random thread with Etrata alone call out threads are over a hundred. the night HE lost it he made 37 call out threads before I put him out of his misery with ignore, then he started making socks just so I could see him
I think with rambo, I made another etrata. Thanks to Batmeh v Supermeh Yawn of Justice, the "S" now stands for Sidekick -

Actually we weren't even talking about rambos point, that was a side convo we started having That was completely based on opinions about the way the Kents raised clark
Rambo's point was that clark wasn't emotionally scarred by his fathers death despite the fact that in the film he outright says I let my father die meaning he assigned guilt for his death to himselfnot "my father died to protect my secret" he outright says "I let my father die"
Someone tried to jump in and back rambo up by posting the entire quote which went on to say he died to protect clarks secret which adds even MORE weight and guilt on clark. having no reply to that, he lost it.
and here we are. Thanks to Batmeh v Supermeh Yawn of Justice, the "S" now stands for Sidekick -

I let my father die just means he was explaining to Lois that he let him die. We don't really know how much guilt Clark feels considering Pa Kent told him not to save him. But Rambo has just taken this too far.

Ok.. the only thing that comes to mind was yesterday talking about Clark's upbringing, but that was just a discussion.. I don't remember any hostility, you have an opinion, I have an opinion, we were discussing them (gasp) on a forum for movie discussions
If my stance changed your mind, you'd say "wow didn't look at it that way.." if your stance changed mine, I'd say the same, if our opinions remained unchanged, we'd just say "agree to disagree" and leave it at that not follow each other around trolling every post each other made and making threads about it..
Mainly because WE'RE ADULTS, NOT BRAIN DAMAGED TODDLERS THROWING TANTRUMS
poor rambo
There's my reply when I heard me and TJ are supposed to be fighting (I didn't even know there were threads going til maybe 2 hours ago while he'd apparently been making them all day)
I really don't care if someone has a different opinion on any scene but when they snap and start screaming about how my opinion is "wrong" well, they don't know how opinions work obviously. Thanks to Batmeh v Supermeh Yawn of Justice, the "S" now stands for Sidekick -

In my opinion, the entire scene with Jonathan and Clark saying "maybe" that was just horrible writing I don't want JK to say "Maybe" I don't even want him thinkingit I want the first words out of his mouth to be a completely instinctive "Of course not..BUT you have to be more careful"
Supermans morals were instilled in him his entire life by a nurturing family. a Jonathan Kent even suggesting it might be okay to let a freakin BUSLOAD of kids drown to protect clarks secret? Martha Kent saying "Screw this world, you don't owe them a thing"? if he ever DOES become the Superman that is known for being a beacon of hope, it'll be in SPITE of his parents, not because of it.
And people act like it's a documentary instead of a scripted film. they could have said positive things and sent the same message instead of this whole "screw everyone who you can help if it's not in your own best interests"Thanks to Batmeh v Supermeh Yawn of Justice, the "S" now stands for Sidekick -

I see what you're saying, but the JK I wanted was one that "maybe" would have never even been an option. Superman is supposed to have a strong moral foundation and the message that "MAYBE it's okay to let a busload of kids drown to protect your secret" isn't instilling that in clarks young and impressionable mind.
I was hoping Martha Kent was picking up the slack in that department, but then watching BvS where she says "Screw this world you don't owe them a thing" I'm like Jesus christ!! she's as bad as Jonathan! Where is he supposed to have picked up this strong moral foundation that the kents raised him with if THESE Kents never bothered with it?Thanks to Batmeh v Supermeh Yawn of Justice, the "S" now stands for Sidekick
