I'm not hating on the man here Bobby, he's very attractive, but is he quite short?
It's just that there are still a couple of Police phone boxes around here in Glasgow and he'd measure up a little short for an average fellow's height if the one behind him is up to scratch with its dimensions (Pardon the pun!)

I still think Rolf is a million miles away from Savile Bobby
Unless there's more it sounds like he had an inappropriate relationship with one girl/woman who was his daughter's friend.
Still totally wrong and, for a time, illegal but it's not what Savile was up to.
I think focus more on what wasn't talked about but apparently known about a bit more when it comes to the two.
It's like comparing fruit salad versus a whole gateaux factor for a filthy secret dessert to yourself
