LOOK, THIS IS A REALLY GOOD SHOW, FOLKS. REALLY GOOD. BUT I HAVE TO SAY, NOT QUITE AS NATURAL AS THEIR LAST ONE - BOILING POINT, WHICH WAS FANTASTIC, BY THE WAY. THE FIRST EPISODE? ALMOST FELT LIKE A PARODY OF THAT LINE OF DUTY POLICE TALK - PEOPLE ARE SAYING IT, AND YOU KNOW WHAT? THEY’RE RIGHT! BUT STILL, I’M ENJOYING IT.
NOW, THE OTHER STEPHEN GRAHAM ONE - A THOUSAND BLOWS? TOTAL DISASTER. I GAVE IT 10 MINUTES, FOLKS. JUST 10 MINUTES. AND LET ME TELL YOU, IT WAS BAD. REALLY BAD. CHILDISH, LOW QUALITY - A WEAK, WATERED-DOWN DISNEY VERSION OF PEAKY BLINDERS. NOT GOOD! NOT GOOD AT ALL!
THAT GUY STEPHEN GRAHAM THOUGH, HE REALLY HAS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL VOICE. IF I SOUNDED LIKE THAT I WOULD HAVE BEEN PRESIDENT BY BARRON'S AGE, LET ME TELL YOU. -

This was Owen Cooper's first acting role. Episode 3 was definitely the stand-out.
I agree that A Thousand Blows isn't a patch on Peaky Blinders. I watched it to the end and it was alright at best. Worse of you keep in mind it's a Steven Knight series because well, one does expect Peaky Blinders quality and this wasn't that.
It was fun seeing Stephen Graham throw down though.
Did you notice the psychiatrist in Adolescence is the same actress that played the queen thief in A Thousand Blows? Wildly different role though.

I'm still only 2 episodes deep. I'm on holiday today and on the sauce and would rather keep the rest for another day.
Not sure about the queen thief but have you noticed Stephen Graham's wife pops up in a lot of his shows?
I watched the new episode of the Righteous Gemstones earlier btw with Bradley Cooper and it was really good.
I'm also absolutely loving Severance atm

Severance s2 is really good - it branches out and basically becomes the new Lost.
Also, as much as I normally hate lgbt, rainbow etc stuff being forced into shows, the Christopher Walken John Turturro sub plot is actually ****ing epic. The pair of them are such great actors

I only watched Lost until they started moving the island. I noped out at that point. Besides, they killed off Mr Eko.
Gangs of London s3 drops this week. Going to marathon it either Friday or Saturday. Probably Friday as I can't wait! -

It's a fun show to watch on a sesh but it goes at 100mph. I'll definitely be doing my initial watch of s3 stone cold sober. There's always so much going on.
I went to see the new Fassbender movie, Black Bag, at the cinema this weekend - our boy Luan had a small role lol

Btw Elliot has a very brief appearance in the Apple movie the Gorge. He was in the recent series of Slow Horses too

I think they do. I watched GoL after S2 had been out a couple of months so I wouldn't have been affected by episodal drops.
That would torture me with respects 5o this. I can't do it in small measures.
I saw him in both! He wasn't in The Gorge for very long though. And
I wanted him to make it in Slow Horses.
He was also good in the film His House. -

Just watched this and it's very good
Owen is a gifted actor. I couldn't understand most of the dialogue though
