there is no confirmation of a 7th season as of yet but the official synopsis of The Expanse season 6 reads:
“Holden and the crew of the Rocinante fight alongside the Combined Fleet of Earth and Mars to protect the Inner Planets from Marco Inaros and his Free Navy’s campaign of death and destruction.
Meanwhile, on a distant planet beyond the Rings, a new power rises
.”
so there is an ever so slight chance that someone at some point in time will pick up on that and renew the show for more seasons…

True story. Season 4 sucked. Season 5 was good. Season 6 was rushed to tie up ends and end it. They killed off Alex in Season 5 bc he was charged with rape etc.
