What exactly makes Chrisjen doubt Errinwright?

We as viewers know Errinwright is upto no good and is helping accelerate the war between Earth and Mars. But what exactly prompts Chrisjen to doubt Errinwright of all people, when she decided to hire a spy to communicate with Fred Johnson?

When her friend and former ambassador to Mars Frank Degraaf ends up dead she finds evidence at his home, that the stealth ships were build by earth. At the same time Fred makes his broadcast with the evidence from the Donnager. And Errinwright tries to pull this under the rug and blames the OPA. Two independent sources pointing in the same direction? Suspicious if you ask me.
