I am willing to accept that access to guns make it easier for young men to commit these heinous crimes. It isn't the cause, though. American culture is different to Canadian culture in many different ways. Canadians seem more cucked, for a start. Your fake, virtue signalling, corrupt president wears Indian saris, and ****, yet you still didn't vote him out.
The answer in the US is not to attack legal gun ownership. When you already have billions of guns in a country, all you'll do is increase criminal gun ownership at best, and at worst cause more crime (home invasion, murder, etc) because legal gun ownership acts as a deterrent.
Besides, when the whole world is in turmoil - there's war in Europe that carries a nuclear threat, China is saber rattling, Antifa and BLM mobs are roaming streets unopposed, partisan politics and alleged stolen elections are encouraging talk of a civil war, and there is an apparent UN sanctioned reseting of society - I'd like to know that my community can mobilize immediately, if required.
I don't trust anybody who doesn't own a gun, quite frankly. They're clearly pleased with the way things are going, and are part of the problem.

I'm "attacking" Trudeau because everything he stands for and represents is the difference between America and Canada. America is free, and strong (for now), while Canada is just a large piece of land to the north, selling its soul to the highest bidder. You're free, and reasonably prosperous, precisely because of America. The lack of gratitude, and the arrogant, snarky manner with which Canadians and Europeans mock the very culture that affords you all a peaceful and comfortable life is quite frankly irritating. Show some respect for the greatest nation on earth. Just for once. It won't hurt you.

You didn't. Not everything I wrote was in direct response to what you wrote. It's how conversation progresses. There's a wider issue here, for liberty loving gun owners. You may be naive enough to think that all the anti gun lobby want is tighter restrictions on a particular firearm, or age group, or whatever, but everyone who's ever paid attention to the left knows that what they really want is an enslaved populace ruled by an all powerful government. Aren't Russia and China clear enough examples for you people? We won't be giving up our guns, so people need to either shut up or try and come and take them.
By the way, who is saying I'm a master troll? Certainly not I. I'm just a humble American exercising his right under the first amendment to ensure the second amendment is respected.

In that spirit, I am not going to address your criticism of Canada, as it's pretty silly, and I think that it's not actually aimed at me but at a wider audience here. I myself could have come up with more on-target criticisms, frankly, but that's simply because I know the place, and its real flaws. No matter.
I actually don't care that much about gun control in the US, except when its absence affects my country (i.e. gun smuggling into Canada), or when the situation is just so incredibly horrifying, like that most recent school shooting in Texas. As I have said before, I have zero confidence that the US will improve the situation.
I was just agreeing with the OP that the most likely main factor in the difference between both countries on this phenomenon is the number and availability of guns. I only have one recommendation, but even that would probably be a bridge too far.
2 by-the-ways: LOL I have noticed a few times recently that you come charging in to the rescue of village idiots MMC2 and Soul Venom when they are floundering. It's like the lifeguard assigned to watch the slow-kids camp during the public swim.
