Yes Bobby says that the Chuckrats (that’s what he calls the teenage characters) have come to the forefront of the show now and they’re all obnoxious, each and every one. He also says that Russell is just tricking the audience into thinking that Doctor Who is failing as some sort of meta thing involving Mrs Flood. I’ve stopped watching Doctor Who now though as you know because it’s for babies.
