Personally, I liked the Jack-in-the-box that swallowed kids whole, and the dark elves, I just thought their masks were so cool and very creepy looking.

The jack in the box for sure (I saw him referred to as "Der Klown" as well).
The elves were my least. I wished their faces were more organic. Why would demons be wearing masks?
There are maybe five beings I hope I never have to fight and J'onn Jonzz is one of them. - Superman -

Jack-in-the-box was the scariest I thought. He was like if Charlie-in-the-box from the Island of Misfit Toys sought horrible revenge on children for mistreating him!
I liked the angel too, because it was sticking its tongue down Toni Collette's ear and trying to strangle her with the Christmas lights XD.
I liked Krampus himself too, especially when we first see him running on the rooftops. He was so fast; I wasn't expecting that. And the howling in the background shudder

My favourite has to be Krampus himself. They're all fantastic designs, but what makes Krampus really stood out to me. Even when Krampus is fully revealed to the audience his appearance is still kept mysterious by keeping him in cloak and mask.

I don't think I can choose, they were all wonderful. I was actually kind of giddy on my first viewing, the evil toys were so well designed and creepy, especially Der Klown. I wished they released little toys or figurines of them.

Krampus by far. I only wish they would have done a better "mask", they could have made him look very creepy with little effort. Just like with most things in the movie it just felt like they didn't go all the way.

Heck, all the creatures are amazing in this movie. But Teddy may be my favorite
I'm beginning to think the angel was supposed to be an old Christmas Tree topper
