Everyone is a potential murderer.
Even I could end up killing someone out of murder although I don't have the urge to at the moment.
As for Biden, I do think he shares in the blood of dead Russian soldiers is on his hands from the WMD he is sending to Ukraine.
As well as other weapons and war things we are currently doing with other countries.
As for Biden actually murdering someone directly face to face?
I doubt he will do that.
Especially seeing the bubble the president lives in from now until he dies.

I didn't know that and now that I do, he could get into a heated argument with Jill pull one out and start shooting.
No one can ever be trusted with a gun at anytime.

Is there a difference between being a murderer and being a killer, or is it just semantics? I do see murder as more of a deliberate act.
With the death penalty, people will argue this point and call it a killing and not murder, but it could also be considered a deliberate act by the state, as it is pre-meditated. Same with soldiers killing. They know what they are getting in for too, so does that make them murderers?
Norman! What did you put in my tea?
