Cats do belong outside. As long as they're healthy and the area is safe.
But the dogs didn't and the a-holes who owned them should of got HARD prison time! They used those dogs to murder that woman in cold blood! And riding around on an ATV!? Nobody helped her until it was too late. I can see her dilemma about living somewhere 20 years and then having a couple of jerks move in next door and ruin your life. I've been there. In my case I moved. But she had a case against them and the idiot judge more or less killed her too. I probably would of bought a gun if the idiot judge and cops didn't help and that would be the end of that! -

No, they don't.
As long as they're healthy and the area is safe.
If you're referring to going outside in their backyard, with their human walking them on a lead, then, yes! Otherwise, no.
If you're under the impression that cats are somehow, magically able to be outside without meeting any harm, you're woefully misinformed. As I've already pointed out, there are NUMEROUS dangerssome intentional (like cruel people), some not (like antifreeze innocently left outwhere an animal can drink it). Then there are multi-thousand pound vehicles, predators, disease, and a slew of other dangers. If you've never experienced the anguish of losing a cat to a car vs cat collision, you're lucky. I did, back when I had no control over keeping my cat indoors (my family was very old-fashioned and thought cats NEEDED to go outside). Just a few years ago my mother's neighbor found the remains of her cat in the street in front of her house; a coyote had eaten him for dinner during the night. She, too, was old-fashioned and didn't believe in keeping cats indoorswhere they're safe.
Everyone failed her. You're right about the idiot judge! And the jerks who deliberately let their dogs out, knowing they would attack, got off with almost NO JAIL TIME. Unbelievable.

I'm curious about what kind of people lived in the neighborhood. The cop said that she was screaming for 20 minutes and no one came to her aid.
This woman's blood is not only on the hands of the trash who lived next door, but also on anyone who heard her scream and did nothing. -

I wish I hadn't watched this episode because it really bothered me. She asked for help. Her death was slow and violent and could have easily been prevented and then those a-holes got away with it. If I were her I would have kept a gun on me. That woman didn't deserve to die especially not in that way.
BTW-How can you hear someone screaming for 20 mins and not at least call 911 to report it? It would have still been to late for Klonda, but still. -

I was thinking the same thing: I'd be carrying and put a bullet through those dogs' skulls the minute they charged me. Then I'd put one in the guy's head when he came to confront me about it. Self defense. Period.

As noted above how the hell did nobody here her screaming? You know damn well the A-hole next door did but also the others around MUST have heard something. And the black lady/neighbor "witness" on the show seemed to be taking up for his behaviorkinda pissed us off. No wonder nobody came to her aid. And why was he allowed to drive that ATM around like it was his car? What the hell?

If you're going to go after the scumbags responsible for her death, don't forget the magistrate, Kristi Wuebben, who denied her request for a protective order. (One site that allows comments won't approve any comments from people who haven't experienced her legal dealings.)
As the real footage showed, she was a real Cee U Next Tuesday when she denied the request.

Klonda was mauled to death by dogs
I dont care if it was an accident. If your pets kill another human, the owners of said pet show face felony charges. That was calculated letting the dogs do his dirty work.
No surprise to read he is back in jail. Andrew is a thug.Jordan > Kobe
