is in production, Fox holds TV rights to the character and nobody else can use him. He was mentioned by name in
Powerless
, and I think that's as close as we'll get until Fox cancels

Considering Batwoman is a lesbian and has been so popular in 'Batman: Detective Comics' Rebirth she is getting a new solo series this year homosexuality has nothing to do with it. Batman, Batgirl, Catwoman, Nightwing, Birds of Prey, Teen Titans and Red Hood and the Outlaws have all had multiple LGBT characters appear in them over the years. Batgirl's best friend and room mate in the Gail Simone New 52 series (which was the biggest selling Batgirl series of all time) was transsexual.
Make Same Sex Marriages Legal In Australia 'cause we deserve to have the same rights as everybody else and shouldn't be controlled by backwards people with outdated views.
