How old is Supergirl suppose to be?

Kryptonians have a very unusually aging process.
The first 30 years are about the same as you and me, and then well, the solar absorption starts kicking in, and their aging process slows down to slower than Continental drift, and that's not an exaggeration.
By the time the continents rearrange themselves in 250 million years, Superman will have aged a year or two.
The process becomes slower and slower the more exposure to yellow sun they get.
So, if he gets enough yellow sun exposure, well, his life span would be measured in lifetimes of entire universes, not billions of years.
For what it's worth, I'm talking about a lifespan measured using Googolplexes squared, multiplied by Grahm's number.
The lifetime of this universe is about 10^1300 years.
So, yeah, that's nothing compared to a googol.
This is also assuming he does not take the mantle of Godhood, literally, since that is his destiny from the Sword of Superman storyline, which despite being in the 70s, still holds sway, because The Presence/God is beyond the reboots of the comics.

because The Presence/God is beyond the reboots of the comics.

That may not necessarily be true anymore. I have my doubts, but we'll have to see how it plays out. And what the reveal is.
You're suffering from delusions of adequacy.

Yeah, SG's got all the maturity of a sticky napkin.
But age wise, the HD cameras are no friend to Alex, what, does she smoke 10 packs a day and soak in brine? I swear she aged a decade between seasons, and they were rough years. Her face looks like DCMarvelRules mom's ass after working the docks for two weeks straight.
