        38? really?
        Earth Prime is us.
        Earth 1 is Arrow/Flash/LoT universe.
Earth 2 is second Harrison Wells and Jessie.
Earth 3 is Jay Garrick Flash.
They could have had Supergirl on Earth 4.

There's no "us" in the Arrowverse.
Earth Prime and Earth-1 are interchangeable terms.
We also don't know what's the designation for 90's Flash.
And I'm far too lazy to track down all the alternative Wells versions and their native realities.
But yeah, that's pretty much the core of the Arrowverse multiverse.
You're suffering from delusions of adequacy.

Does Supergirl really need a low number? Is she trying to get drafted to go to Vietnam or make a baseball team out of spring training?

They could have had Supergirl on Earth 4.
Barry never told anyone about Supergirl's Earth until Now , so all the other Earth got a number before Supergirl Earth .
You could rename supergirl's earth as Earth 4 , but that wouyld mean they need to relabel all 37 other Earth .

Supergirl may not exist on Earth-1, because Krypton was never blown up. There's a good chance Krypton exists in the universe of Earth-1, where Barry and Oliver are from.

Why not 34? The better question is who numbered the Earths.

                          Cisco.
Earths are numbered in the order that Cisco discovers them.

Gotta have Earths that can die when the Crisis comes
All roads lead to truth if you're willing to travel honestly.
