Well this issue about gun control goes way beyond mental illness and
taking away

guns.
The PUNISHMENT OF THESE CRIMES ARE NOT TOUGH ENOUGH, folks.
That is buying and the SALE of weapons of mass destruction. Let me be more clear.
The shooter of Uvalde Texas school should be labeled a mass murderer because he used a weapon of mass destruction.
I think that it is far too easy for people in general to be able to sell and buy guns.
It's the MARKET. The Market controlling all those firearms is the problem!
People are still purchasing guns in clever ways. That's why they go undetected until the use the weapons that they acquired to commit mass murder. The weapons these shooters are using should be categories as WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION.
Weapons that are capable of quickly killing: more than 5 people should be categorized as WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION!!
Therefore, laws should be passed that reflect this new observation I just told u all.
When the laws are passed, and the charges reflect that in the category of crime of humanity and the sentence should B several life sentences with absolutely no possibility for parole.
We can start there.
Otherwise, the issue will fall back into another political debate which ends up in circular arguments - stuck with no real resolution meanwhile these weapons of mass destruction are still out there being trafficked, AND BEING SOLD.
The mental health issue is of a different nature which also can be modified and corrected to an acceptable degree.
