If this question has already been asked and answered then I apologize. This is my first visit to this board.
This is such a fabulous show. I was a huge fan of the original Bible series. And now even more so with A.D. I truly hope NBC continues on in the future with more seasons. It's honestly remarkable television. And extremely informative. I've known things here and there about the Bible. But this show has taught me many things I did not know. But most importantly, It has brought me closer to God and Jesus Christ. And I thank NBC and the creators for that. -

My thoughts echo yours completely. This series coincides with me reading N.T. Wright and having a huge spiritual leap forward in my personal walk with Christ. I've grown more as a believer in the last ten weeks than I have in years this show has done more to inspire me than most church services. And, I can see similar things happening in my Christian friends who are watching it. It's igniting a fire of faith, the desire to love one another, and outreach.
Regarding its renewal, NBC is waiting to announce after the final few episodes (3) air. Since they haven't announced yet, I imagine they're debating it's a costly show to fund, and the ratings are not that steady. It's dropped about 10 million viewers from the first episode, which is unfortunate. But we'll see. -

Um, NBC? Or Tweet Roma Downey / Facebook her and ask?
Honestly, shows live and die not on the adoration of the audience, but by their ratings and the finances involved. So your support is meaningless unless you financially support the businesses that advertise during the commercial breaks.

Do You eat pork and seafood with claws, and do you not follow the Law? If the answer is yes, You walk with Satan.

You're an average fool. You believe this show is 100% true to the Bible? Hell no! This show adds 95% FAKE MADE UP CRAP abd only follows scriptures 5% of the time.
Its true what they say, Americans are dumb as sh!t -

I'm not sure why you think people should take religious advice from one who so consistently belittles others and shows disdain for everyone on this board. You don't have the attitude of one who has experienced God for even a few genuine seconds. Why would you think you could convert anyone to your way of thinking by being abusive? Whatever you are offering, it's clearly not good that it has made you so bitter and angry. Genuine faith is gentle and compassionate, not hateful.

Genuine faith is gentle? Proof you haven't read the Gospels and Acts.
The Messiah fought sinners, he rebelled against the leaders, he beat people with a whip out of chords, he opposed all evil and even name called. True faith is ZEAL not meek
